We are a team driven Dental Practice on a mission to deliver exceptional patient experiences! As a member of the MDP Team, your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver extraordinary customer service so the traits we value most are a positive attitude and easy-going demeanor. While basic Dental Assisting skills are required, we are happy to train and mentor a Dental Assistant in the early stages of their career since we hope to retain our team members for the long term. Full time schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.

Requirements:

• Greeting patients when they check in
• Helping patients schedule their visits
• Answering the phone
• Doing everything possible to make patients feel cared for

Administrative Tasks:

• Scanning documents
• Updating patient charts
• Emailing patients
• Supporting our amazing office manager with daily tasks and special projects

We’re a fully digital office, so computer skills are a must. Some dental experience in a clinical setting is desired. Experience with Curve Dental is preferred but not necessary, as we can train the right candidate.

Martins Dental Partners is a private, group Dental Practice located in the heart of Beverly, MA specializing in General & Cosmetic Dentistry. Our beautiful, fully digital, spa-like practice is seeking a full-time dental hygienist to join our team.

The practice has 7 treatment rooms, CBCT and an iTero scanner. The MDP Team is made up of kind, like minded, and positive people (5 dentists, 6 dental assistants and business team) who support and celebrate each other as we deliver upon our mission to provide “exceptional patient experiences” during every patient interaction.
